‘Naheng Refund’ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Service’) values the personal information of its users and strives to comply with relevant laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Act. • Collection Method: Collected when the user enters their email address on the webpage and clicks the "Check My Money for Free" button.

• Contact for consultation and review of the possibility of recovering unclaimed assets.
• Sending guidance emails regarding the service process, required documents, and procedures.

• Retention Period: Stored for 2 years from the date of initial collection and destroyed without delay thereafter.
• If a user requests the deletion of personal information or withdraws consent, it will be destroyed without delay unless otherwise required by relevant laws.

The Service does not, in principle, provide users' personal information to third parties. However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:

• When the user has explicitly consented to third-party provision in advance.
• When there is a special provision in the law or at the request of an investigative agency in accordance with the procedures and methods set forth in the law.

5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

Currently, the Service does not outsource the processing of personal information to external companies. If outsourcing becomes necessary in the future, we will disclose the outsourced party and the details of the work in the privacy policy and obtain separate consent if necessary.

Users may exercise the following rights regarding their personal information at any time:

• Request to view personal information.
• Request for correction or deletion of personal information.
• Request to stop processing personal information.
• Withdrawal of consent (refusal of reception).

• Destruction Procedure: Personal information for which the retention period has expired, the purpose of processing has been achieved, or consent has been withdrawn, will be destroyed without delay.
• Destruction Method: Electronic files are permanently deleted using technical methods that make recovery impossible. Printed materials are destroyed through shredding or incineration.

8. Measures to Ensure the Safety of Personal Information

The Service takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:

• Adherence to the principle of minimum collection (no collection of unnecessary information other than email addresses).
• Minimization of access rights and password management.
• Installation of security programs and regular inspections (including the security system of the hosting company).
